磁力双垫矫治器早期功能矫治骨性Ⅱ类错的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　寻求早期骨性Ⅱ类错牙合更有效的矫治方法。方法　对 1 6例替牙期Ⅱ1 患者将Clark的Twinblock矫治器改良 ,去除口外弓、头帽 ,将磁力引入口内矫治器中 ,即磁力双牙合垫矫治器 ,作治疗前后的X线头影测量对比分析 ,疗效与Twinblock组比较 ,并进行统计学分析。结果　与Twinblock有同样的功能矫治效果 ,统计结果显示 ,磁力矫治器组B -CFH ,| -NA角 ,|-SN角增大明显 ,有统计学意义。结论　磁力双牙合垫矫治器能取得确切的功能矫治效果 ,更适合低角及上切牙角度正常的AngleⅡ1Objective To search for more effective orthodontic methods for the treatment of Angle Ⅱ 1 malocclusion.Methods Sixteen patients of mixed-dentition with Angle Ⅱ 1 malocclusion were selected.The improved Clark Twinblock was used,which was removed external labial arch,headgear and magnetic force was applied(e.g magnetic Twinblock).The measure of structure changes of pretreatment and post treatment was performed.The results were compared with the group of Twinblock statistically.Results Magnetic Twinblock had the same effects as the Twinblock.The results showed that there were significant increase in B-CHF,1-NA,1-SN.Conclusion It was suggested that exact functional effectiveness was obtained from the magnetic Twinblock,especially from Angle Ⅱ 1 malocclusion with low mandibular plane angle and normal upper incisor angle.
