摘　　要：目的　观察平阳霉素化疗同期放疗治疗头颈部中晚期鳞癌的疗效。方法　 62例头颈部中晚期鳞癌患者随机分为治疗组 (化疗同时放疗 )和对照组 (单纯放疗 ) ,治疗组 32例 ,每天用平阳霉素 8mg加地塞米松 5mg ,静滴 ,1次 /日 ,化疗后采用直线加速器放疗 ,2GY/次 ,照射总量 60～ 70GY。平阳霉素总量 1 60～ 2 0 0mg。对照组 30例放疗方法 ,剂量同治疗组。结果　治疗组和对照组在放疗 40GY及放疗结束后 3个月 ,颈淋巴结消退率分别为 :43 .75 % ,30 %和 87.50 % ,73 .33 % (P <0 .0 5)。结论　平阳霉素化疗同期放疗 ,有利于提高头颈部中晚期鳞癌患者淋巴结转移灶全消减 ,减少残存 ,提高生存率 。Objective To evaluate the effect of bleomycin chemotherapy plus radiotherapy for middle-advanced stage squamous cell carcinoma.Methods 62 cases with middle-advanced stage squamous cell carcinoma were randomly devided into experimental group (32 cases) and control group (30 cases).In experimental group,bleomycin 8mg plus dexamethasone 5mg were administered ID,1/d.Radiotherapy with linear accelerator was used after chemotherapy,with,2 GY at a time,the total irradiation dosage was 60～70Gy.The total bleomycin dosage was 160～220mg.For control group,the patients only received radiotherapy.Results After the patients in both groups received 40Gy,the cervical lymph nodes extinction rates were 88% and 73% (P< 0.05 ) respectively.The toxic reaction was slight.Conclusion The effect of Bleomycin chemotherapy plus radiotherapy for the treatment of middle and advanced SCC is definite.
