模型和X线颅颌侧位片测量磨牙远移值的对比分析

摘　　要：目的 :研究推上颌第一磨牙远移后 ,其结果在模型和X线颅颌侧位定位片中的测量值有无差异。方法 :对 10例安氏Ⅱ亚类错牙合畸形患者的磨牙水平向远移结果进行对比分析 ,平均治疗时间 10 1d ,两种方法的最终测量值作统计学t检验处理。结果 :模型和X片显示 :上颌第一磨牙远移量 (3 .71± 1.47)mm和 (3 .78± 2 .0 2 )mm (P >0 .0 5 ) ;下颌磨牙近移量 (0 .80± 0 .5 6)mm和 (0 .99± 0 .63 )mm (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :模型和X线颅颌侧位定位片对磨牙水平向移动量的测量分析值相近 ,无统计学意义上的差别。objective: To study the difference of maxillary lst molar distal movement measured on model and cephalometric radiograph. Methods: 10 patients of subdivision class Ⅱ malocclusion were othodontically treated for 101 days and the first molars were pushed to move backward. After treatment the movement of the molars was measured on models and cephalometric radiographs. Results: The distal movement(mm) of maxillary first molars measured on models and cephalometric radiographs was 3.71±1.47 and 3.87±2.02( P > 0.05 ), misial movement(mm) of mandible was 0.80±0.56 and 0.99± 0.63 ( P >0.05). Conclusion: The measurements of molar distal movement on model are smilar to those on cephalometric radiograph.
