摘　　要：目的 :评价Dyractflow流动复合体用于窝沟封闭剂的临床应用价值及其效果。 方法 :对 3 60例 6～10岁患者的 72 0个上、下颌第一恒磨牙用Dyractflow流动复合体进行窝沟封闭术 ,并采用可见光固化窝沟封闭剂自身对照的研究方法评价效果。结果 :随诊 3年后发现Dyractflow流动复合体组在术 1、2、3年的涂膜保留率均比可见光固化组高 (P <0 .0 1)。但龋病患病率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :Dyractflow流动复合体是一种可靠的窝沟封闭剂 。objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of light cure Dyract flow(LCDF) in molar occlusal pit and fissure. Methods: 720 permanent molars in 360 patients aged from 6 to 10 years were treated with LCDF in occlusal pit and fissure. The opposite permanent teeth were treated with ligh cure pit and fissure sealant(LC) as the controls. The patients were followed up for 3 years. Results: 1, 2 and 3 years after application of LCDF, the remain rate(%) of LCDF sealant in the teeth was 91.03, 76.87 and 67.40; that of LC 86.32, 70.46 and 60.50( P <0.01) respectively. The incidence rate(%) of secondary caries in LCDF treated teeth was 0,1.42 and 2.4; that in LC treated 0, 1.78 and 2.94( P >0.05) respectively. Conclusion: Light cure Dyract flow can be used as pit and fissue sealant to prevent caries.
