摘  要:目的:研究芦荟提取物C(aloe extract C,AE—C)在BALB/C鼠体内诱生多重集落刺激因子的作用。方法:经腹腔连续5 d给BALB/C鼠注射AE-C,第6 d取骨髓细胞,在半固体甲基纤维素培养基中培养观察集落形成数量和AE-C在小鼠体内的持续作用时间及AE—C注射剂量与集落形成的关系。结果:AE-C能诱生BALB/C鼠骨髓细胞形成集落,且与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。集落形成高峰为停药后前6 d,第8 d呈下降趋势。而注射AE-C剂量与集落形成数量在25-100μg/只范围内有剂量依赖关系。结论:AE-C有诱生BALB/C鼠多重集落刺激因子的作用。Objective: Our aim was to study the inducing effect of Aloe Extract C (AE-C) on the colony-stimulating factor (CSF) in mice. Methods: The AE-C was injected into abdominal cavity of mice for five days, then the marrow cells were obtained and cultured in Methyl cellulose M20 which contained CSF. We observed the time of colony-stimulating activity(CSA) and relation between CSA and AE-C dosage. Results: The AE-C could promote colony-forming of marrow cells in mice, and the effect was significantly different with control ( P <0.01 ). The CSA might last for 6 days, after 8 days CSA gradually declined, and CSA level grew up when AE-C dosage was in the concentration between 25μg to 100μg. Conclusion: The AE-C has effects on inducing CSA in BALB/C mice.
