摘　　要：探讨了企业业务过程动态优化的方法学 ,从企业业务过程建模技术、柔性模拟技术与结构优化、参数模型自动优化技术、企业过程运作技术等方面 ,对企业业务过程动态优化技术进行了系统地阐述。对其集成化工具EPDOST的体系结构与功能进行详细介绍 ,它可作为企业信息化管理软件ERP系统的重要支持工具 ,实现过程管理与信息管理系统的映射与集成 ,提高企业信息化管理系统的柔性和适应市场变化的能力。EPDOST的推广与应用 ,将有利于加速我国企业信息化工程进程。Based on the methodology about enterprise process dynamic optimization, enterprise process dynamic optimal techniques, such as the enterprise modeling, process simulation, dynamic optimization and process enactmenting etc., were discussed in detail.The architecture and functions of the integrated support tool EPDOST were introduced. It will be widely generalized as a crucial function in enterprise management information system for implementing the integration of management information system and process management, and improving the adaptation for the changing market. EPDOST is valued for accelerating the enterprise information engineering in China.
