摘　　要：目的 :探讨外周血造血干细胞移植 (APBSCT)辅佐大剂量放化疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌的效果。方法 :对 3例晚期鼻咽癌患者先后实施化疗、放疗及APBSCT治疗。结果 :3例患者均取得CR ,存活 12～ 2 4月 ,至今无复发。结论Objective:To study the effects of APB SC T assisted with large dose chemoradiotherapy in patient with advanced nasopharyn geal carcinoma.Methods:3 patients were treated with chemotherapy, radio therapy and APBSCT assisted with large dose chemoradiotherapy. Results:In follow up of 12～24 months, 3 patients obtain ed CR and survived with nodisease up to now. Conclusion:Using APBSCT assisted with large dose chemorad iotherapy for treatment of patient with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma is mo re effectual.
