摘　　要：对人事风险的含义、危害进行了理论分析 ,探讨了防范人事风险的对策。从道德法制、监控体系。This paper analyses the meaning and hazard of the personnel risks in theories,and studies prevention measures of personnel risks.It sets up the tridimensional defence system to prevent the personnel risks from three aspects:collectivity (moral and legal system),main body (supervising and controlling system) and emphasis (key link).
