摘　　要：城市的发展是在政府建设计划约束下由理性的人之间及环境间的交互作用演化而成,因此,城市的发展问题是一个复杂适应系统的典型问题.采用Swarm平台对城市发展的演化过程进行仿真,在一定条件下,仿真结果会出现城市的空心化现象,为城市建设计划的决策提供了理论依据和实用价值.The development of city is achieved by the interaction between rational person and environment under the restriction of government's constructing plan. So, it's a typical problem of complex adaptive system. In this paper Swarm platform is used for simulating the evolutionary process of city development. On some conditions, the result of simulation will be an emergence of city hollowness. The simulation has both theoretic meaning and use value to the decision - making of city construction.
