摘　　要：就企业管理中的物流和运输问题进行研究,分析物流在企业管理中的重要意义及影响运输决策的因素,指出在选择运输策略时要考虑运输的成本、速度和可靠性,才能使得物流总成本最低,达到物流管理的目标。This paper studies the problems of logistics and transportation in enterprises, analyzes the significance of logistics in enterprise management and the factors influencing transportation decision, and points out that the cost, speed and reliability of the transportation should be taken into consideration in transportation decision -making so as to lower the general logistics cost to reach the goal of logistics management.
