镀锌钝化封闭剂的研究

摘　　要：为在钝化液中加入封闭材料,使新型钝化工艺在钝化中生成的钝化膜具有较高的耐热性和耐腐蚀性,研制了纳米级Si化合物,用此种材料试制成功了镀锌钝化用封闭剂。经使用表明,该封闭剂可以有效地提高钝化膜的耐蚀性。当将封闭和钝化同时进行时,还可以提高钝化膜的耐热性。Nanocrystalline compound containing Si was developed as closing materials added in passivation fluid to obtain high heat re sistance and corrosion resistance of passivation film.Practice results that add ing this kind of closing materials can effectively improve both corrosion resist ance and heat resistance of passivation film owing to the simultaneity of sing a nd passivating.
