乳腺肿瘤端粒酶活性检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨端粒酶活性检测在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的作用及临床意义。 方法 采用改良的银染端粒酶重复序列扩增方法 ,对34例乳腺癌、21例乳腺增生症、12例乳腺纤维腺瘤进行端粒酶活性检测。 结果 全部组织标本67例中 ,34例乳腺癌的端粒酶活性检测均为阳性 ,阳性率为100 %。21例乳腺增生症和12例乳腺纤维腺瘤的端粒酶阳性率分别为28.57 %(6例)和25%(3例)。结论 端粒酶的激活与乳腺癌的发生发展密切相关。端粒酶可作为一种有效的乳腺癌标记物用于乳腺癌的诊断 ,也可作为部分乳腺良性肿瘤的手术治疗指征的选择。Objective To evaluate the clinical role of the monitor of telomerase activity in the diagnosis of breast tumor. Method By argento-dying telomerase repetitive sequence amplification technique, the telomerase activity were monitored in 34 breast carcinoma,21 hyperplasia of mammary glands, 12 breast fibroadenoma. Results The positive rate oftelomerase activity were 100% in breast carcinoma,28.57%,25% in hyperplasia of mammary glands, 12 breast fibroadenoma, respectively. Conclusion The telomerase activity was closely correlated with breast tumor. The telomerase activity is a effective breast carcinoma marker.
