摘 要:目的 分析不同提取方法余甘总黄酮含量以及新鲜余甘果汁的SOD活性。方法 分别用抽提法和浸泡法对余甘鲜果和干果中的黄酮进行提取 ,用紫外分光光度法对其中的总黄酮进行测定。采用试剂盒对新鲜余甘果汁的SOD活性进行分析。结果 抽提法测得余甘总黄酮分别为干果 4668 7± 5 6 8mg/10 0g和鲜果93 7 9± 40 3mg/10 0g ,浸泡法测得结果分别为干果 5 0 96 6± 67 5mg/10 0g和鲜果 112 3 8± 5 2 6mg/10 0g ;新鲜余甘果汁SOD活性为 13 9 87± 11 93NU/ml。结论 单位重量的余甘干果总黄酮含量高于新鲜果实 ,相同样品总黄酮用浸泡法比抽提法得率高。Objective To analyze the total chromocor in Phyllanthus emblica and the SOD activity in the fruit juice by different ways. Methods Chromocor was detected in the fresh fruit and the dry fruit of Phyllanthus emblica by extraction and soaking respectively. Total chromocor was detected by ultraviolet spectrophotography. The SOD activity in the fruit juice was detected with test kit. Results The concentrations of total chromocor in fresh fruit and dry fruit were 4668 7±56 8mg/100g and 937 9±40 3mg/100g respectively by extration. The concentrations became 5096 6±67 5mg/100g and 1123 8±52 6mg/100g respectively by soaking. The SOD activity in the fruit juice was 139 87±11 93NU/ml. Conclusions The amount of total chromocor in a unit weight for dry fruit of Phyllanthus emblica is more than that for fresh fruit. The total chromocor can be got more by soaking than by extraction in the same samples.
