摘  要:目的 了解长沙市饮食从业人员 AL T异常情况及分析 AL T异常与各型肝炎病毒感染之间的关系。 方法 采用赖氏法进行 AL T检测 ,应用酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA)方法对 132例 AL T异常者进行甲—庚型肝炎病毒标志物的分析。 结果 AL T异常率为 1.4 2 % ,甲一庚型肝炎病毒标志阳性率为 6 1.36 %。AL T异常者肝炎病毒标志以乙肝病毒为主 (2 8.0 3% ) ,戊肝病毒 12 .88% ,丙肝病毒 10 .6 1% ,庚肝病毒 5 .3% ,甲肝病毒 3.0 3% ,丁肝病毒 1.5 2 %。 结论 AL T异常与肝炎病毒感染呈相关性 ,应重视从业人员中 ALObjective To know about the abnormal situation of alanine transaminase(ALT)and the relationship with different type of hepatitis virus. Methods Apply reitman-frankel method to assess the ALT. The serum virus label of hepatitis A to G was determed in 132 cases of abnormal ALT with ELISA. Result 1.42% of workers were found with abnormal indicators in ALT.The hepatitis virus label rate of A to G was 61.36%. The main virus was hepatitis B(28.03%),The label rate of type E was 12.88%,the type C was 10.61%, type G was 5.30%, type A was 3.03%, type D was 1.52%. Conclusion There is correlation between hepatitis virus infection and abnomal of ALT, indicating that importance should be attached to its role of viral hepatitis transmission.
