In this article we have measured the Raman spectra of taxol and 1 0.deacetylbaccatin Ⅲ. The assignment of the spectra have been given.Wefound that taxol and 1 0-deacetvlbaccatin Ⅲ are different in side chain.Therefore the spectra of two samples was very similar, The characteric line of taxol is l648cm^(_1) which can be assigned to amide Ⅰ.Many information can be got from these Raman spectra, This suggests that the composition of taxol may be identified by Raman spectroscopy.
