摘  要:用激光拉曼光谱探讨果蝇脑的学习记忆分子机理朱克莉,冯春华(中科院生物物理所北京100101)StudyonMolecularMechanismofLearningandMemoryinBrainsofDrosophila¥ZhuKeliandFeng...Abstract The brain of Drosophila, like that of mammals, has the profound a-bility of learning and memory under operant conditioning, Protruding deeply-into the molecular mechanism of learning and memory on the basis of the be-havior experiments is the advanced purport of the contemporary study on neu-ral science, We study the changes of the secondary structure of proteins rela-tive to memory with Raman spectroscopy. Moreover, deactivating some en-zymes provides the further information of the immediate relation between changes in molecular structure and iearning/memory ability. It is undoutedly one of the important ways of studying the mechanism of learning and memory on the molecular level using the above methods.
