摘　　要：目的 :观察 4种中国产牙膏对人牙本质的磨损性。方法 :将新鲜拔除的人健康恒牙包埋于环氧树脂块中 ,表面磨平。开一牙本质窗并在刷牙机上刷 10 0 0次 ,以Talysurf2表面测量仪测量牙本质磨损程度。结果 :多数中国产牙膏具有较高的磨损性。结论AIM:To investigate the dentine abrasivity of four commonly used Chinese dentifrices.METHODS:The freshly extracted sound human teeth were embedded in blocks of epoxy resin,then which were ground flat on a grinding/polishing machine.A window of dentine was exposed and subjected to a total of 1 000 cycles of toothbrushing using a purpose made rotary toothbrushing machine.The surface profiles of the tooth specimens were assessed before and after toothbrushing with a Talysurf 2 Surface profilometer.RESULTS: The Chinese products generally showed greater abrasivity than many of the European products.CONCLUSION:Consideration should be given to the potential tooth wear that tested products may cause if used over longer periods as part of the preventive strategy to improve oral hygiene of patients.
