摘　　要：大学生是当代的骄子,是开创21世纪建设有中国特色社会主义事业和实现中华民族伟大复兴的生力军。高校的教育工作者需在教学生知识的过程中把中国传统伦理道德中的思想精华,同爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义教育结合起来,引导他们从伦理道德中吸取营养,规范自己的言行,懂得怎样做人。College students are the contemporary pride. They are the main force to recrcat the Chinese special socialist career in 21st and revive a more beatiful nation, so educational workers in higher institution have to impart the spirit of Chinese tradition, with patriotism, collectivism and socialism in the process of imparting knowledge, so as to guide students to absorb nutrition from the tradional ethics, to restrict themselves and learn how to grow a good man.
