低能量氦—氖激光辅助治疗抑郁症的疗效对照研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨低能量氦一氖激光治疗抑郁症的辅助效果及不良反应。方法　将 76例抑郁症患者分为研究组 38例 (万拉法新联合激光 ) ,对照组 38例 (单用万拉法新 ) ,并采用HAMD、CGI和SERS评定其临床疗效和不良反应。结果　两组在第 4周末的HAMD总分减分率为 76 % ,对照组为 6 4 % ,且有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论　低功率氦Objective To explore the clinical effects of low-power He-Ne laser as accessory treatment of depressive patients.Method 76 patients with depression were assigned into treatment groups:①Venlafxine and laser treatment as intervention group(38),②Venlafxine treatment as control group(38),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),CGI and SERS were used to measure the efficacy and side effects.Results Total reduction rate of HAMD in intervention group is 76%,control group is 64% on the end of fourth week.There are significant differences in two group( P <0.01).Conclusion The low-power He-Ne laser has good accessory effects on depressive patients.
