摘　　要：目的 :探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术失败后鼻内窥镜下施术的效果。方法 :对行泪囊鼻腔吻合术失败的1 6例采用鼻内窥镜下手术治疗泪囊炎。结果 :术后随访 6个月～ 2年 ,1 6例中 1 4例治愈 ,1例有效 ,1例无效 ,治愈率 87 5 %。结论 :于鼻内窥镜下再次施术治愈率高 。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of the secondary surgery for the failure dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope.Methods:The 16 cases who failed in dacryocystorhinostomy were reoperated.Result:Followed up from 6 months to 2 years,14 cases were cured,1 case was effective,1 case was ineffective.The cure rate was 87.5%.Conclusion:This method is effective and suitable for the basic hospital.
