吸烟与口腔卫生及牙周状况的关系

摘　　要：目的 :了解吸烟对口腔卫生及牙周状况的影响。方法 :采用群体调查的方法对北京市 4 90名男性公民的口腔卫生指数和牙周指数进行了评价 ,其中吸烟者 32 1名 ,非吸烟者 138名 ,既往吸烟者 31名。结果 :吸烟者下颌切牙和上颌磨牙的牙石指数高于非吸烟者和既往吸烟者 ,差异有显著性。吸烟者上颌切牙和上颌双尖牙的牙龈指数高于非吸烟者和既往吸烟者 ,差异有显著性。结论 :吸烟可增加牙石的沉积 ,加重牙龈炎症。Objective:To investigate the influence of smoking on oral hygiene and periodontal status.Methods:Four hundreds ninety males,aging from 35 to 55 years,were evaluated in oral hygiene and periodontal index.Smokers were 321 and no smokers were 138 and former smokers were 31.Results:Calculus index of maxillary incisor and molar of smokers was higher than that of no smokers and former smokers.Gingival index of maxillary incisor and premolar of smokers was higher than that of no smokers and former smokers.Conclusion:Smoking may increase calculus formation and gingivitis.
