摘　　要：目的　观察全喉切除患者术后安装Blom Singer发音管后的发音效果。方法　对 12例喉全切除患者术后行发音重建术 ,其中安装第二代发音管 7例 ,第三代发音管 5例 ,观察其发音效果。结果　发音良好者 10例 ,差者 2例 ,成功率83.3% ,无唾液漏及其他并发症。结论　Blom Singer发音管具有安装简便、发音响亮、语言连贯等优点 。Objective To study the application of Blom Singer pronunciation tube after total laryngectomy.Methods Since July 1997,12 laryngectomy cases had been reconstructed by Blom Singer pronunciation tube.Among them,7 cases used the second time Blom Singer pronunciation tube,and 5 cases used the third time.Results The success rate was 83.3%(10/12).Of all the cases,none of them had tracheoesophageal fistula and other complication.Conclusion Blom Singer pronunciation tube is a not only simple,but also safe and effective method.
