摘　　要：目的 :探讨眼眶腺样囊性癌 (adenoidcysticcarcinomaACC)的临床特征及病理组织学特点。方法 :回顾性分析 2 0例ACC患者的临床及病理资料。结果 :ACC主要表现为眶内包块 ( 2 0 / 2 0 )、眼球突出移位 ( 14 / 2 0 )、眼球运动障碍 ( 14 / 2 0 )、眶周疼痛 ( 13/ 2 0 )等 ;病理组织学分 5型 :筛状型、管状型、实体型、粉刺型和硬化型。结论 :ACC的临床特征有助于其诊断 ,最终确诊有赖于病理组织学检查。Objective:To review the clinical and pathologic features of orbital adenoid cystic carcinoma. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 20 patients with orbital adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC). Results:Among the 20 patients,soft tissue mass of orbit was seen in 20 cases,proptosis and globe displacement 14 eyes,globe movement disturbance 14 eyes,orbital pain in 13.According to the histological features,ACC was classified to 5 patterns:cribriform,tubular,solid,comedo and sclerosing types. Conclusions:The clinical features of ACC are helpful for diagnosis;the final diagnosis depends on pathological examination.
