摘　　要：目的 :控制蠲痛胶囊的制剂质量 ,对蠲痛胶囊中主药川芎进行阿魏酸含量测定的研究。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法。结果 :平均回收率为 96.86% ,RSD =2 .6%。结论 :该方法简便 ,稳定准确 ,重现性好 。Objective:To control quality of Juantong Capsule, and dctermine ferulic acid in Juantong Capsule.Methods:The column is CLC-ODC C 18 (150 mm×6.0 mm,5 μm). The detection is done at 313 nm. The flow rate is 0.5 ml/min.Results:By HPLC.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.048 4～0.121 mg(r=0.999 6). The average recovery was 96.46%(RSD=2.6%).Conclusion:This method is reliable, accurate and very suitable for the determination of ferulic acid in Juantong Capsule.
