摘  要:目的 了解学生早餐生能营养素摄入状况及学生早餐态度对摄入生能营养素质量的影响。方法 对某中学的 2 97名学生 ,采用问卷调查当日早餐摄入食物的品种和数量以及学生对早餐的认识和态度等 ,计算个人营养素摄入量 ,并测定上午第 2、3节课间血糖。结果 学生早餐总热能摄入量达标率仅为 2 0 .2 0 %。不同性别和不同早餐态度组间总热能及生能营养素的摄入量差异有显著意义 ;46 .80 %的学生课间血糖水平处于空腹血糖正常值低限及以下 ,在正常值基线以上的学生仅占 1 6.50 %。结论 进行早餐营养健康教育 ,推行结构合理。Objective To study the intakes of macronutrients in students' breakfast and the effect of different attitudes towards breakfast on the intakes of macronutrients.Methods The varieties and quantity of foods consumed by students in breakfast one day, attitudes of the students towards breakfast and so on were surveyed with questionnaires. The individual intakes of nutrients were calculated,and the blood glucose level between second class and third class was measured.Results Only 20.20 percent of students showed the energy intake in breakfast was equal to or beyond the critical value. There were significant differences between different sex groups and among groups holding different attitudes towards breakfast in intakes of total energy and macronutrients. About 46.80 percent of students had blood glucose level ≤ the lower limit of normal value. Only 16.50 percent of students showed the blood glucose levels were higher than the baseline of normal value.Conclusions It is essential to carry out health education on breakfast nutrition and offer safe breakfast with proper structure.
