摘　　要：目的　探讨黏附分子CD5 4、CD44V 6在肺癌转移中的作用。方法　采用S P免疫组化染色法检测肺癌组织中CD 5 4、CD44V 6的表达情况。结果　在发生转移的肺癌组织中CD5 4、CD 44V 6阳性率分别达 5 2 .4% (11/ 2 1)、66.7% (14 / 2 1) ,且两者具有明显的一致性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　CD5 4、CD44V 6与肺癌的转移密切相关 ,肺癌的转移是 1个涉及多种黏附分子参与的复杂过程。Objective To study the role of adhesion molecule CD54 and CD44V6 in lung cancer metastasis.Methods Expression of CD54 and CD44V6 in 23 lung cancer tissue was studied by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of CD54 and CD44V6 in lung cancer with metastasis,was 52.4% and 66.7% respectively,the both were significantly concordant( P <0.05).Conclusion The CD54 and CD44V6 both are related to the metastasis of lung cancer.
