摘　　要：目的 :观察评价 11例贲门失弛缓症内镜下气囊扩张治疗的疗效 ;方法 :所有病例均在内镜 ,X线下行气囊扩张术 ,评价术后疗效 ;结果 :90 %患者取得显著疗效 ;结论 :内镜下气囊扩张术具有简便、安全和疗效好等优点 。Objective:To evaluate the treatment effects of air sac dilation under endoscope on achalasia.Methods:Eleven eases of achalasia were treated with air sac dilation under endoscope and observation and classification were carried out.Results:Most of the cases(90%)were significantly relieved after the treatment.Conclusion:Air sac dilation has the advantages of convenience, safety and effectiveness.Thus, it should be the first choice for the treatment of achalasia.
