摘  要:目的 :观察L型钙离子通道激动剂Bayk - 86 4 4诱导的急性癫小鼠模型的行为和脑电图表现。方法 :将C5 7BL 6近交系小鼠随机分成Bayk - 86 4 4模型和藻仁氨酸 (KA)模型两组 ,每组 6只。Bayk - 86 4 4模型组于小鼠腹腔注射Bayk - 86 4 4 5mg kg,KA模型组于小鼠腹腔注射KA 30mg kg。观察并比较两种小鼠模型的行为和脑电图表现。结果 :Bayk - 86 4 4致小鼠模型与常用的KA模型相比具有诱导快、成功率高等特点 ,同时其明显发作时脑电图上的样放电较KA模型明显 ,但其行为表现在本实验中以强直为主。结论 :Bayk - 86 4Objective:To observe the behavior and electroencephalogram of a new mouse model of epilepsy induced by Bayk-8644, an L-type Ca 2+ channels agonist. Method: Male C57BL/6 mice were divided into two groups: Bayk-8644 group and Kainic acid (KA) group. Each group included 6 mice. The Bayk-8644 group was injected intraperitoneally with Bayk-8644(5mg/kg) and the KA group was injected intraperitoneally with KA( 30mg/kg ). The behavior and electroencephalogram were observed and compared between Bayk-8644-treated mice and KA-treated mice.Result:The epileptic mouse model by Bayk-8644 was characterized by quick induction and high rate of success as compared with the KA induced model. The epileptiform discharge of Bayk-8644 model were more obvious than that of KA model. But the mice model induced by Bayk-8644 showed only tonus in the present study. Conclusion:The acute epileptic mouse model induced by Bayk-8644 might be a stable and reliable model of epilepsy.
