摘　　要：研究了Borland C++Builder的数字图像处理处理功能、Mathematica软件的图形绘制方法,提出了利用二者进行组织器官三维重建的一般算法,并给出了一个重建实例。This essay studies the handling functions of digital image in Borland C++ builder and the graph drawing method of Mathematica software. It also puts forward a general algorithm to organize the rebuilding of three-dimensional tissues and organs by using the functionand method mentioned above and gives an example of rebuilding.
