摘　　要：本文阐述了对日本理学的2038型X射线衍射仪的技术改造,用IBM—PC/AT微型计算机和STD工业控制机组成两级计算机辅助实验系统,以实现物相分析和织构分析自动化;叙述了系统硬件构成、接口设计及软件系统功能和设计方法。The paper describes the reformation of the Rikaku 2038 X-ray diffractor by using the two level computer auxiliary experimental system consisting of IBM PC/AT microcomputer and STD industrial control computer to perform phase and texture analysis automatically. And the function and designing methods of the system hardware、interface and software is described.
