摘　　要：财务监督是国家经济监督的重要组成部分,亦是财务管理的重要职能之一。本文针对目前一些高校对财务监督重视不够与审计监督职能不清这一现状,从财务监督的意义、作用、内容以及经济监督与其他方面的关系,较系统地阐述了财务监督的职能。Aimed to the situation of paying no attention to financial supervision and confusing of audit supervision function in colleges and universities, the paper formulized the financial supervision, effect, content, economical supervison and other relations.
