血管抑素在肿瘤诊断及治疗方面的研究进展

摘　　要：血管抑素是血浆纤维蛋白溶酶原裂解片段,肿瘤的血管生成与体内血管生成抑制因子/促进因子的调节失衡有关,患者体液及肿瘤中血管抑素的测定有望用于恶性肿瘤的诊断及预后判断。动物实验表明,血管抑素对多种肿瘤的新生血管生成、肿瘤生长及转移具有抑制作用,与放疗、免疫治疗等联合应用具有协同抗肿瘤作用。Angiostatin,a product of proteolytic cleavage of plasminogen,potently inhibits the prolifera-tion and migration of endothelial cells,and increases their rate of apoptosis.The mechanism of antiangiogene-sis of angiostatin is undetermined.The angiogenesis of tumor is concerned with the imbalance between an-tiangiogenic and angiogenic factors.The detection of angiostatin in the body fluid and tumor tissue may be applied to diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumors.It is shows by many animal experiments that angio-statin possesses a potent inhibition of angiogenesis,tumor growth and metastasis,and has synergy effects in antitumour therapy if combined with ionizing radiation or immunotherapy.
