温热疗法与化疗对小鼠S180肿瘤治疗协同效应的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　观察温热疗法结合化疗对小鼠 S180肿瘤协同治疗效果。　方法　 4 5只 S180荷瘤小鼠随机分 3组 :热疗 +化疗组 ,单纯化疗组 ,单纯热疗组。每组 15只。处理后 10日处死动物 ,分离瘤块称湿重 ,并作病理检查。　结果　各组肿瘤湿重各为 (0 .6 7± 0 .2 9)克、(0 .78± 0 .37)克和 (1.2 4± 0 .4 3)克 ,热疗 +化疗组肿瘤湿重低于其余两组 ,其与单纯热疗组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。病理检查见热疗 +化疗组及热疗组肿瘤存在明显坏死。　结论　实验结果提示热疗、化疗双因子联合应用具有更好的抗癌效果。Objective To observe the anti tumor effects of hyperthermia combined with pharmorubicin on mice bearing S180 tumor. Methods 45 mice bearing S180 tumor were equally divided into 3 groups randomly: A group treated with hyperthermia with pharmorubicin; B group with pharmorubicin therapy only; C group only with hyperthermia. The wet weight of tumor isolated from the mice and pathological change were evaluated and compared after 10 days. Results The wet weight of tumor in group A, B and C was (0.67±0.29) g, (0.78±0.37) g and (1.24±0.43) g respectively. It was found that the wet weight of A group was less than that of the other both group. On phthological observation, it showed the widespread necrosis was much presented in A group and C group. Conclusion The outcomes suggest that the hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy has a better anti tumor effects on mice bearing S180 tumor.
