神经症类患者防御方式与其父母教养方式的相关分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨神经症类患者防御方式与其父母教养方式的关系。方法 :使用“防御方式问卷” (DSQ)、“父母教养方式问卷” (EMBU) ,对符合CCMD - 3第四大类患者 33例 ,正常对照组 33例进行测试 ,并对结果进行分析。结果 :神经症类患者多采用不成熟防御方式和中间型防御方式 ,较少采用成熟防御方式 ,与对照组相比有统计学差异。父母教养方式中 ,研究组的“父亲惩罚、严厉因子”、“父母偏爱被试因子”与对照组相比有显著差异。“父母惩罚、严厉因子”、“父母偏爱被试因子”、“父母拒绝、否认因子”与其不成熟防御机制显著相关 ;“父母惩罚、严厉因子”、“父母拒绝、否认因子”、“父亲过度保护因子”、“母亲过分干涉、过度保护因子”、“母亲偏爱被试因子”与其中间型防御机制显著相关。结论 :神经症类患者的防御方式与其父母教养方式显著相关。Objective:To investigate the defense styles of neurosis patients and their parents' rearing behavior.Method:33 neurosis patients and 33 normal people were assessed with DSQ and EMBU.Results:Neurosis patients had higher scores in 'immature defense style'and'intermediate defense style',while had lower score in'mature defense style'.There was significant difference between the neurosis patients and the normal group.The neurosis patients had higher scores in'punishment and sternness of father'and 'preference of parents'of EMBU.There were some correlation between'immature defense style'and'punishment and sternness of parents','preference of parents','rejection and denial of parents';between'intermediate defense style'and'punishment and sternness of parents','rejection and denial of parents','over-protection of father','over-protection and over-intervention of mother','preference of mother'.Conclusion:Defense style of neurosis patients related to their parental rearing behavior.
