摘　　要：论述了知识管理在图书馆实施的现状 ,以及在图书馆实施知识管理须进行的两项基础工作 ;提出了知识管理在图书馆实施的方向 ;The article demonstrates the situation of knowledge management operation in the library,and what we should know about before operating knowledge management in the library.In the end,author proposes knowledges management approaches and introduces two examples of knowledge management operation in the library.
