摘  要:目的探讨在医学本科生的病理学教学中创新能力培养的可能方法和途径。方法选择我院2007级临床医学专业5年制2个班的学生(即1班和2班),随机分为实验班(1班)和对照班(2班)。实验班采取PBL组合教学法(即理论教学中采用PBL教学,实验教学中引入实验病理学的理念,开展设计性与综合性实验)。对照班采用传统教学法。结果实验班的学习成绩优于对照班;调查问卷表明,93%的同学认为在PBL组合教学法中获益,85%以上的同学认为综合运用知识能力、临床思维能力、动手操作等能力明显提高。结论在医学本科生病理学教学中,开展PBL组合教学,可培养提高学生的创新能力和独立分析和解决问题的能力,可望成为促进创新人才培养和提高学生综合素质的途径之一。Objective:To explore the training methods for medical undergraduate student's innovative think-ing ability in the pathology teaching.Methods: Two classes of 2007 grade clinical medicine undergraduates students were selected randomly and divided into the experimental class and the control class.The experi-mental class adopted problem-based learning model,and the control classes used the traditional teaching model.Results:The examination results of experimental class were significantly better than that of the con-trol class.The questionnaire results indicated that there were 93% students who gained benefit after the intervention,and 85% students considered their integrative skills of applying knowledge,clinical thinking ability and experimental skill were improved obviously.Conclusion: Problem-based learning model is effi-cient in cultivating students' innovative ability and their abilities to analyze and solve problems.
