摘　　要：对德国双向系统的成立和拓展、组织和运作、分离和再生,以及垃圾经济的发展作了较全面系统的介绍。在此基础上,提出了我国废弃物资源化的3条思路。This paper systematically introduces the establishment and development, organization and operation of dual system Deutschland, the separation and regeneration of the garbage and the development of garbage economy. On the basis of these, We put forward three opinions of the resourcization of waste materials in china.
