摘　　要：信息集成是建立虚拟企业的基础。本文分析、比较了现有的几种集成方案,论述了基于XML进行信息集成的优势,提出了一个集Web、XML、SOAP技术为核心的异构和分布的虚拟企业信息集成框架。Information integration is the basis of virtual enterprises. Having comparing the several exiting plans, this article discusses the predominance of information integration based on XML, and provides an inhomogeneous and distributed integrated framework of virtual enterprises with the core of Web XML SOAP technology.
