摘　　要：针对硕士研究生群体就业优势逐渐丧失的问题,本文试图从转变培养思路、构建职业发展教育体系、多层次补充专业人才、拓展实践教育资源等四个方面来展开研究,以期探讨有效的就业质量提升路径。For the problem that master students has gradually lost their advantages in employment, this paper attempts to research on the four aspects: change the train of thought, constructionof the professional development system, multi-level supplementary professionaleducation, development of practical education resources, in order to explore the effective approaches to improve the employment quality.
