幽门螺旋杆菌在口腔扁平苔藓发病中的意义

摘　　要：目的 :探索口腔扁平苔藓与系统性疾病的关系 .方法 :以系统因素中的消化系统为背景 ,应用快速尿素酶检测法对 10例口腔扁平苔藓患者进行了幽门螺旋杆菌 (HP)检测 .结果 :10例口腔扁平苔藓患者中 ,7例表现为口腔粘膜损害区HP阳性 .对 10例口腔扁平苔藓患者作胃镜检查并进行病变区胃粘膜的HP检测 ,发现该 7例口腔扁平苔藓患者均有不同程度与类型的慢性胃炎 .提示 :口腔扁平苔藓与慢性胃炎可能具有相似的发病机制 ,同时 ,口腔扁平苔藓的发生与HP的感染有关 .To explore the relationship between oral lichen planus and systematic illness. Methods: to perform the helicobacter pylori (HP) examination in 10 oral lichen planus patients using rapid urea enzyme technique by the alimentary system in the systematic factors as the background. Results: 7 out of 10 patients had the positive HP at the damaged area of oral lichen planus and had different degrees and types of chronic gastritis. The gastroscope examination and HP examination of gastric mucosa indicated that oral lichen planus is related to the infection of HP.
