重组改制后企业计量工作的思考

摘　　要：阐述了重组改制后 ,企业计量工作面临的新形势。指出要做好计量管理工作 ,必须领导重视 ,转变观念 ;紧密结合生产实际 ;注重过程控制 ;进行必要的投入 ;采用先进的管理手段 ;不断完善计量检测系统 。A discussion is made of the new situation for the work of enterprise measurement after the institutional transformation.It is argued that to improve the work of enterprise measurement in the new situation,efforts should be made to draw leaders'attention and to shift their concepts;to combine closely with production activity;to attach importance to process control;to make necessary investment;to adopt advanced means of management;and to constantly improve measuring and testing system.
