还元注射液对脑出血大鼠脑组织结构的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究还元注射液对脑出血大鼠脑组织的保护作用。方法　将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和还元组。后两组于造模后 2h分别腹腔注射生理盐水和还元注射液。第 4天断头处死迅速取脑 ,制成光镜、电镜片 ,观察组织学变化。结果　①正常组 :光镜、电镜下脑组织结构正常。②模型组 :光镜下血肿范围大 ,充满变性红细胞 ,脑组织变性、坏死 ,毛细血管严重水肿 ;电镜下 ,神经细胞和胶质细胞明显肿胀 ,胞浆内大部分细胞器消失 ,染色质消失 ,神经细胞脱髓鞘、轴浆消失。③还元组 :光镜下血肿形成囊肿 ,与周围脑组织界限不十分明显 ,血肿内有大量的胶质细胞和巨噬细胞 ,血肿周围无明显变性神经细胞 ,毛细血管无明显水肿 ;电镜下 ,神经细胞和胶质细胞无明显肿胀 ,胞浆内细胞器结构基本完整 ,神经纤维结构大致正常。Objective It is to study the protective effect of Huanyuan injection on brain tissue of cerebral hemorrhage rats. Methods S.D rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and Huanyuan group. Model group and Huanyuan group were induced to intracerebral hemorrhage and were respectively injected with normal saline and Huanyuan injection. Three days later, rats were executed by decollation to gain brain quickly and the histological changes of the brain were observed through optic microscope and electronic microscope. Results In the control group, the structure of brain tissue was normal under optic microscope and electronic microscope. In the model group, the scope of hematoma was big and which were full of denatured erythrocyte, and brain tissue denaturation, necrosis, seriously edematous blood capillary were found under optic microscope. Under the electronic microscope neurocyte and spongiocyte obviously swelled, most cell organs in endochylema and chromatin disappeared. Nerve cell demyelinated and axoplasm disappeared. In the Huanyuan group optic microscope showed that hematoma formed cyst whose edge was not clear and no obviously swollen nerve cell and spongiocyte was found, and electronic microscope showed the structures of cell organs in endochylema and nerve fiber were elementally unbroken and normal. Conclusion Huanyuan injection can protect the structures of brain tissue in experimental cerebral hemorrhage rats.
