国产消沫剂在青霉素发酵生产中的应用

摘　　要：目的为了克服进口消沫剂成本较高,且路途遥远易造成供货不及时的缺点,在不影响生产水平的前提下用国产消沫剂同类产品代替进口消沫剂。方法分别从溶解能力,消沫力和毒性几方面进行比较考察,最后用发酵罐试验。结果表明,国产消沫剂各项特性均与进口消沫剂相近,且不影响发酵水平。结论是国产消沫剂完全可以代替进口消沫剂用于青霉素发酵生产。Objective:In order to overcome import defoaming agent have high cost and far away from China,it's difficult to supply goods in time.If we don't influence production,we take Chinese defoaming agent instead of import defoaming agent.Method:Compare them from solu- tion,defoaming and toxicity.At last do zymosis can experiment.Result:Everything of Chinese de- foaming agent are nearby import defoaming agent and bot influence the zymosis.Conclusion:Dur- ing penicillin production,Chinese defoaming agent can instead of import defoaming agent.
