摘　　要：目的 :探讨种植牙的临床应用及酯套冠的修复疗效。方法 :对 80例失牙患者植入CDIC锥状螺旋种植体 94枚 ,术后 7～ 10d行暂时冠修复 ,6个月左右行永久性酯套冠修复。结果 :随访 2～ 5年 ,种植成功率达 91.5 % (86 /94)。结论 :3M聚碳酸酯套冠完全可以替代烤瓷牙冠作为前牙种植体的上部结构 ,CDIC锥状螺旋种植体操作方法简单 ,配合酯套冠修复成功率高 。Objective:To study the clinical application of CDIC artificial tooth implant and the clinical effect for ester crown repairing.Methods:80 cases were implanted with 94 screw artificial dental root in this article.After 7～10 days,temporarily crown prostheses were performed and after about 6 months the permanent ester crown prostheses were used.Results:After 2～5 years of clinical following up, the success rate was 91.5%(86/94).Conclusion:3M assemble carbonic acid ester crown can be instead porcelain crown as implants up part.CDIC screw artificial tooth implants operation is easy and the success rate is height, which serves as a good way to use in grass roots hospital extend.
