高科技产业创新的社会分工

摘　　要：本文从"问题解决"和"创新参与者"2个角度讨论了高科技产业创新的社会分工。问题解决为导向的创新的社会分工有:问题的提出,解决问题的想法,应用研究,商业化。创新的参与者,主要有大学,政府和产业界,三者形成合力不断推进创新发展。The social cooperation in high-tech industry innovation from the perspectives of'problem solving'and'innovators'is investigated.The problem-oriented cooperation includes:problem-proposed,method of problem solving,applied research,and commercialization.The participants in the innovation mainly include universities,government,and industry.The three have formed a concerted effort to continuously promote innovation and development.
