摘　　要：学分制的本质特征是给予学生学习的自由,旨在发挥学生个性和潜质。通过加强教师和教育管理者对学分制和"双创"教育背景的深刻理解,打破教师和教育管理者的思想束缚,探索新的教学方法、教学手段;优化课程设置和配置,深度论证培养方案;进行教育管理制度改革,实现培养创新创业人才的目标。The essential characteristic of credit system was to give the freedom of learning to the students, which aims were giving full play to their personality and potential. By strengthening the understanding of credit system,innovation and entrepreneurship,teachers and education administrators should break system thoughts, explore new teaching methods, teaching means, optimize curriculum setting and configuration, argument training program in-depth,carry out education management system reform to achieve the goal of training innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
