论现代“儒商”的基本素养

摘　　要：当今社会,许多商业院校把培养"儒商"作为自己的教育目标之一。要想成为一名现代的"儒商",应该具备哪些基本素养,本文作者提出自己的见解。首先,要热爱知识,喜好文化;同时要勤奋学习,学有所长;要品德高尚,诚实有信;要富于涵养,气质儒雅。除此以外,还要与时俱进,开拓创新。时代在发展,社会在进步,必须不断地学习新的知识,新的技术,才能跟上时代的步伐,开拓发展自己的事业。In today's society, many commercial schools take cultivating Confucian businessmen as one of their educational goals. To be a modern Confucian businessman, what qualities should one have, the author of this paper puts forward her viewpoints. First, one should love knowledge and culture; second, one should study hard and be expert in a special field; To be honest and trustworthy; To be cultured and elegant. Besides, one should advance with the times and innovation. The times is developing, the society is progressing, one should keep on studying the new knowledge and technology to keep pace with the times so as to develop his enterprise.
