摘　　要：我国高校实行领导问责制是全面推进依法治校的重要途径之一,也是实现高校管理规范化现代化法制化科学化以及长效化的制度和象征。文章从厘清高校领导问责制基本内涵入手,在分析我国高校实行领导问责制的困境基础上,进而提出破解之策。Our country university implements the leadership accountability is one of the important ways to comprehensively promote administration according to law, and realize the scientific management standardization of modern legal system in colleges and universities as well as the long-term system and symbol. The article starts with the basic connotation of clarifying leadership accountability system in colleges and universities, based on the analysis of China's colleges and universities based on the plight of the leadership accountability, and then put forward countermeasures.
