基于专业素质和就业能力综合培养的毕业实习模式探索

摘　　要：目的:探索适合医学院校生物科学专业的基于专业素质和就业能力综合培养的毕业实习模式;方法:以培养方案为导向设定明确的毕业实习目标,围绕实习目标展开实习各环节,综合提升学生的专业素质和就业能力;结果:学生的专业素质和就业综合能力得到提高,就业率有一定的提升,学校、学生和实习基地间的关系更为融洽;结论:基于专业素质和就业能力综合培养的毕业实习模式能够更好地促进医学院校生物科学专业学生的培养。Objective: to explore the medical college of biological science is based on the professional quality and employment ability cultivating of graduation practice mode; Methods: training scheme oriented to set clear goals, graduation practice, taking the practice each link of practice goals, enhance students' comprehensive professional quality and employment ability; Results: the comprehensive ability to improve the professional quality of students and employment, the employment rate has a certain improvement, schools, the relationship between the students and practice base more harmonious; Conclusion: based on the professional quality and employment ability cultivating of graduation practice mode to better promote the cultivation of the students majoring in medical college of biological science.
