摘　　要：荀子是我国先秦儒家代表之一,被后世奉为中国礼法传统的奠基人。其礼法思想以"性恶论"为人性基础,以"礼法"为核心范畴,强调道德修养与政治地位的对应。荀子礼法思想重视人性,重视礼法制度的价值追求,重视道德在政治生活中的作用,可以为思想政治教育带来有益的启示。Xunzi is one of the pre-Qin Confucian representative in our country, by later generations as the founder of the Chinese legal tradition. Its legal thoughts in 'of' evil human nature 'as the foundation of human nature,' Confucianism 'as the core category, emphasize moral accomplishment and the corresponding political position. Xunzi attaches great importance to the human nature, Confucianism attaches great importance to the legal system of value pursuit, attaches importance to the role of morality in political life, can bring beneficial enlightenment to the ideological and political education.
